BIOMEDICAL
GENETIC CODE CORRESPONDING NANOSTRUCTURES

ABSTRACT
In
this work the word is about possible biomedical nanostructures (medicines,
preventive mobile agents and/or imuno directed substances), which
could be synthetized in the future, with the characteristics corresponding
to the logic of genetic code building, as a complete and harmonic
system. So, viewing in the "cipher key" of the genetic code, one
can say that the completeness of amino acid constituents of genetic
code is realized by two manner. Namely, within a system of "4 x
5" (and/or of "5 x 4") of amino acids (AAs), in first classification
variant, there is a sub-system consisting from five polar charged
AAs (D, R, K, H, E); five polar non-charged AAs (N, P, Y, W, Q)
follow, then five non-polar AAs (A, L, F, V, I) and, finally, five
polar or non-polar AAs, in a combination (A as non-polar; S, T as
polar, and G & P as ambivalent AAs). A second classification variant
is subsequent to this one - "4 x 5" system with five solely carbon
AAs (A, L, F, V, I), five nitrogen (K, R, P, H, W), five oxygen
(D, E, Y, S, T) and five "combined" AAs (G with hydrogen as side
chain; C and M with Carbon and Sulfur; N and Q with Carbon, Oxygen
and Nitrogen). A strict balance of atom and nucleon number as well
as molecule mass follows the classification in both classification
variants. Knowing all these facts, it is possible to imagine a very
new manner of medicine treatments in the future, which reduce to
a "restart" process of whole organism by a system of medicines and/or
other adequate substances - a complete balanced system from all
aspects (balance-mobile and harmonizing system of active substances,
BMHS). This BMHS have to be given as an "altogether" portion with
time and spatial distances determined by just experimentally realized
molecular elevators. As platforms for BMHS can appear fulerene-icosahedral
nanostructures, in which adequate nano-computers are also encapsulated. |
