  ABSTRACT
In this paper experimental research of luciferase-anesthetics interaction in vitro is presented. Both circular dichroisan (CD) and scanning tunneling microscope (STM) has been used to characterize luciferase-anesthetic interaction. Bearing in mind that the week, non-chemical process based on charge-dipole and dipole-dipole interaction are responsible for photonic switch we believe that nanophotonics devices in future may lead to new type of information devices that can control automatic anesthetic infusion in general anesthesia and neuromuscular blocking drug delivery. This research may open a new approach in nanomedicine.
